Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Important Notes:

  • Rack Rates may vary at specified times of the year, where SPECIALS are offered e.g. Summer and off season / winter SPECIALS
  • Rates are nett. and subject to change
  • Discounted rates are granted purely at the discretion of the Featherbed Company.
  • FOC POLICY: - One THETA Registered Guide for every 10 paying pax reserved. - One Additional Driver & / or one THETA Registered guide for every 20 or more paying pax reserved.
  • Please ensure correct passenger numbers, date and departure time as you are liable for the full fee according to your confirmation. In the event of no shows/less passengers you will be charged accordingly.

 

 

Cancellation / No-show charges:

  • Within 72 hours, no cancellation fee
  • 48 hours or less – 50% cancellation fee will be charged
  • 24 hours or less – full fee payable will be charged
  • All cancellations to be received in writing and will only be valid on receipt of cancellation confirmation from us (done in writing) Any charges must be at least 14 days in advance, especially when there are meal arrangements.
